A first-generation college graduate, Beatriz is the daughter of Mexican immigrants, whose work experiences deeply impacted and shaped her desire to pursue a career in human resources.

Gravitating toward the arts since childhood, Beatriz embraces curiosity and creativity to develop solutions that are community-driven and celebrate differences as strengths.

Proudly Midwestern, Beatriz has lived most of her life in Illinois and has called Chicago home since 2017. She currently lives in the Albany Park neighborhood with her rescue dog Marcy.
